Email is the fastest way to reach us and it reaches the same people either way. Put the lot number or a link to the listing in the message and the first reply will have an actual answer in it instead of a question back.
Buying something
A delivered price before you bid, or a pickup booked on a lot you've won.
Useful to include: the listing link, the destination ZIP, and whether the yard has a dock or a forklift if you already know.
Selling something
Auctioneers, agencies and yards — removal questions, loading arrangements, or getting your lots quotable for out-of-state bidders.
If buyers keep asking you what shipping costs, that's the thing we exist to take off your desk.
Before you write in about a lot
Two things we can't do, said here to save you the email. We can't bid for you, and we can't change a removal deadline — both belong to the auction platform and the seller. What we can do is tell you what the pickup will cost and whether it's worth it, before you commit to either.
We answer email the same day on weekdays. If something is closing within a few hours, say so at the top of the message.
